Note to Congregation:  In our short existence it has become clear to us our mission is twofold.  While this is not our official
mission statement at this time, we are charged not only with saving Saint John money but also to God's call of  "Earthkeeping."
Please continue to check this website as our page will be updated regularly.  If you have any questions, comments or concerns
you can email us or speak with any of the Green Team members.

Tip of the Month:   Before you print, change your settings to draft instead of best to save ink.

Recycle or refill your ink cartridges

GREEN TEAM NOTICES

St. John is printing fewer bulletins each Sunday - Please share bulletins with your family.  We are trying to save money by conserving paper and copier supplies.

Friday is e-mail day!  The church office will email IMPORTANT Congregational news or updates just like we would the montly Communique.  This will only be used for news that affects the whole congregation, not just a select group.  The messages must first be brought to Pastor BEFORE the message is to be e-mailed.  We do not want to misuse this privilege

Paperless Communique Coming in June - As of June 1, 2009 in addition to the paper copy, we will e-mail
the Communique to the approximately 150 e-mail addresses we have collected.  If you receive the
Communique in June via e-mail, then in July you will only receive it via e-mail  If you would prefer to receive
the Communique in paper format again for July, please reply to Shelly  "Opting out from the e-mailed Communique"
by June 15th.  If you would like to continue via e-mail in July, you need to do nothing and the paper will stop.
If you have no e-mail address or did not submit one to the church office you will continue to receive the paper copy.
Please submit your e-mail address to the church office by April 30th if you would like to go paperless.

We are collecting E-mail addresses from all of our St. John families!  The Green Team would like to
e-mail as much church mailings as possible to our members.
The email will NOT be used for anything but
church related information
.   If you have recently given your email address to the church office and it is printed
in the church directory, you do not have to give it to us again.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Recycling Update -The Village of Ashwaubenon has provided us with a recycle container and will be picking
up St. John's recycling with the garbage collection at no extra cost.
