Newsletter: The COMMUNIQUE is St. John's monthly newsletter. It includes a pullout calendar of events. It is usually distributed through the mailboxes, but is mailed three times a year. The deadline for articles for the newsletter is the 15th of the prior month.
Mailboxes: Each family unit in the congregation has a mailbox in the lounge. Many of the church's communications are distributed in this way. Members may also use the mailboxes to communicate with each other. Remember to check your mailbox whenever you are at church.
Sunday School Mailboxes: Each family with a child preschool through sixth grade in Sunday School has a mailbox in the Education Wing. Sunday School directors, teachers and shepherds use the boxes to distribute Sunday School information. Please check your box each week during the school year.
Bulletin Boards: Check the bulletin boards in the hall for sign-up sheets concerning various programs and service opportunities. Thank you notes received by the congregation are posted there. The youth have their own bulletin board in the hall with information on programs for them.
Phone Tree: Several times a year, those in church leadership positions, call members to inform and invite them to special church events.
Web Site: The church has a web site at www.stjohnash.com See the staff directory for individual e-mail addresses.
E-MAIL - St. John is building a member e-mail list for e-communications. Please make sure that the church office has your email address. A number of opportunities will be made available when the list is compiled.
